The Oliva Elite 8 in. (210mm) Carving knife made using German High Carbon Stainless Steel known for its outstanding edge retention and toughness. This very practical slicing knife can do many tasks but excels at filleting and carving thin strips of meat. The knife features a brilliant olive wood handle, the patterns in the wood make each handle look unique. Be sure to oil your wooden knife handles at least once a year (wood oil). Made in Germany.
